Lessons Tuning & Services MovingThe Piano and Organ Outlet is one of the few stores in the U.S. that still has a full time staff of trained technicians who continually are rebuilding and refurbishing used pianos for resale.
Most stores simply "clean-up" and tune their trade in pianos and then sell them. We disassemble, clean, repair and restore used pianos and offer excellent warranties to back up our work.
When time permits we also offer repair and rebuilding services including refinishing for pianos other than ours.
In addition to servicing our used pianos, we have also loaned our pianos to The College of William & Mary for the past 6 years. Over 25 new Yamaha acoustic and digital pianos have been loaned to the music department of the College for use throughout their school year. When the pianos return in the spring, we sell the loaned instruments to the public at a discount price.
